The koi and goldfish I ordered was initially stolen right after FedEx delivered it. I reached to Toledo Goldfish and was so nice enough to replace it since my order was insured. A few days later I received the fish. All are healthy and strong. Today all are alive and are enjoying there new home. Thank you Toledo Goldfish!

I bought 10 snails and delivery was great. They’ve disappeared in my pond, are these breeders? Because I can see I need more, maybe a lot more. There is a catfish in my pond I wonder if he’ll eat them.

Shipping is quick and timed to a 4 hr window. I ordered 1000 minnows and only 1 fish was dead on arrival.

I had prior issues with deaths due to the delivery (totally ups fault for actually delivering overnight due to living in a rural area ) I reached out to Toledo and we coordinated shipping due to the extreme heat we had and they switched to FedEx overnight delivery for me and I’m happy to report only a handful where doa . They always add many extras to accommodate for them . I have and always will support Toledo goldfish .

Absolutely stunning koi. Came quickly, all healthy, well tempered. Joined by one line koi already in the pond and got acclimated quickly.
