They were packed really well with multiple forms of packing material. Plus an ice pack to keep them cool.

I was pleasantly surprised. We've purchased feeder goldfish from a local seller and at least 1/2 of the fish die. Water checks perfect. Decided to give Toledo a try given the good reviews. Out of 50 fish...not one died. They're all swimming around and active. It's been two weeks and no problems. I plan on ordering more.

The snails arrived in good condition yesterday, and there were more than 50 in the bag. The first snail emerged from its shell within a minute, and by the second day, most were moving. The snails are doing a great job of cleaning up the algae.
