4"-5", 5- fish order arrived Wednesday at 4:30 pm, 2 day shipping. Six fish were sent, one was DOA, but the remaining 5 are all doing well, thriving with good appetites and being quarantined indoors. They all seem to have nice rounded bodies and are every bit of 5". Very well packaged for the trip; insulated box, heavy duty double bagged and metal closures, bag of cooling gel in the bottom, box well labeled; so I was surprised one was dead. But I got the 5 I paid for and am happy with the fish quality, varieties, and with the process. I would recommend and buy again.

We came home from vacation to find that critter had feasted in my koi pond. My friend on my street told me about you. Ordering and delivery was seamless. All fish arrived alive and healthy. While the ones we lost were much bigger (10"-12") I opted for the 25 variety pack. They are now well acclimated (with protective mesh netting in place.

Although my fish were in transit on a UPS truck for 4! days to travel less than 200 miles, all of them were amazingly alive when I finally got them!
Some were definitely stressed out, but they recovered in a couple of days, and all are fine now.
They love the pink flake food.
I wonder if UPS is the best way to ship them, as the box was clearly labeled Live Fish, and they kept delaying the delivery, because of “bad weather” which did not actually exist at the time.
I have ordered from them a few times and only once was there an issue with shipping (Black Friday) ups was delayed and I had a few dead fish they were quick to make things right. Thank you Lori

I have to say, I was very leery about purchasing my goldfish online. I was terrified of the shipping process and the possibility of receiving unhealthy fish.
