Shipping policy

Toledo Goldfish provides FREE SHIPPING on all goldfish, koi, crayfish, minnow, tadpole and snail orders. Shipping is also FREE on any fish food orders $25 or more. We process orders for arrival to your door Tuesday - Friday. We currently utilize FedEx and UPS. We cannot ship products to PO or APO addresses.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed by 10AM EST Monday - Thursday will ship same day, with orders being placed after the cut-off time shipping the next day. (Orders placed after 10AM EST on Thursdays will ship the following Monday.)

If you would like to receive your order on a specific date, please email us with your request after submitting your order. We'll be happy to accommodate that request, but please remember orders can only arrive Tuesday-Friday.

Buyer Responsibility

Once your shipment arrives, please make sure to carefully follow the acclimation process outlined and included inside your order's packaging. Please note the pictures shown on each listing are a good representation of our products, but not the exact product you will receive. Do not release any aquarium or pond species into local waters. 

Toledo Goldfish is not liable for any shipments that do not have the correct shipping address or information added at the time the order was placed. Order and shipping confirmations are sent out and encourage all customers to always double check shipping addresses. 

Restricted Products

Bullfrog tadpoles are restricted from being shipped into these states: AZ, PA, UT, WA.

Trapdoor snails are restricted from being shipped into these states: WI.

Koi are restricted from being shipped into these states: Maine.

Crayfish are restricted from being shipped into these states: PA.

Minnows are restricted from being shipped into these states: WA.
