The pallets float for a while and then sink, which is good for the less aggressive heaters

You have a great deal of Gaul asking for a review of a product that has not been delivered yet. Although you filled the order on July 7th, I placed the order on July 1st. I received notice that because of July 4th, the order could not be processed until the following week. Of course, that did not prevent you from processing my payment on July 2nd. You have used the worst delivery agency possible when you used the US Postal Service. You need to get your act together.
Thanks for reaching out. It does look like your order was delivered today 7/15. Due to the way the 4th of July holiday fell orders were shipped on the next business day 7/7 and we did communicate that via email. Fish food only orders are shipped via USPS, our live fish shipments are all through UPS or Fedex. I apologize for the time it took USPS to get your shipment to you and we will double check our delivery methods. Thanks for supporting our family fish farm.
Great product
The fish food feels fresh and smells good.
However, the size of the pellets is too small for larger koi fish. The pellets easily disappeared in the pond.
My new fish friends love their pellets! They search the pond surface to find every last one, so there is no wasted food floating around to trash the water. They are very happy Fishes!

I would prefer pellets to sink rather than float
