This was my 4th maybe 5th order with you. Lost probably half of my fish from last order. Floating on surface. Water filtered,aerated and pond grass. Confused and disappointed but thanks for inquiring. Ready to give it up
As with all previous Toledo purchases, fish arrived quickly and healthy. I am very please with service from Toledo Goldfish. I use their feeder goldfish to control mosquito larva in several small ponds.
The fish seemed to be in good health when they arrived. The bags were intact and they were all lively. However, three of them died within two days. I had followed all instructions, so I don't know why they died. I have had good experience in the past with your fish, although one time (in your records, I'm sure) the bags broke and UPS kept the package too long so most of the fish were dead on arrival and you replaced them promptly. This time a great white egret ate the older fish and that is why I ordered more. I have netted the pond and the egret is no longer able to reach the fish. The remaining fish seem lively and active (and safe!).

I have ordered from Toledo goldfish more than once and had a great experience both times. The fish were healthy and I did receive a couple extra as sometimes there can still be fish loss even when fish are healthy. I appreciated the extra fish. I would buy from Toledo goldfish again.
