This is the second time I've ordered fish from Toledo. Both experiences were awesome. delivery on time and they kept me informed on delivery. these fish are healthy and beautiful. I have purchased 10 fish two different times and have never lost one fish. 5 fancy tail and five regular fin koi 3 to 3 inch. great colors makes my [pond truly beautiful. thanks gang at Toledo will be buying all my fish from you
I contacted toledofish about the snails I got...2 of them were moving and acting alive....the other 4 never moved. They replied with a comment on how slow moving a snail is. Well, they are still in the same place, upside down on the bottom, a week later. Very unhappy.
So expensive. I've ordered fish twice and had good results. I've had 25 years of experience with a 75 gallon aquarium. These are not my first snails.
This was my second time ordering from Toledo Goldfish. I set up the fish delivery for a date I was off work and knew I would be home. The box arrived from Fedex about 30 minutes later than the delivery window they sent me. The box was a little beat up, I would say it was a 5 on a 10 scale. With that said there was a little leakage from inner bag to outer bag but despite all that the fish were swimming in my pond by noon EST. At 5 PM that day they were all happily eating their evening meal. The quality of the fish and color was unbelievable. They were healthy despite their rough ride here. I know locally people would want around $30/fish and you may not get this beautiful of a selection. I am very happy with my purchase. I hope I can keep any Great Blue Herron or a mink from destroying my purchase. (that has happened at my pond before) My pond is about 1800 gallons. Its been about 10 days and they are thriving and enjoying the pond. Thanks Toledo Goldfish.
