This listing is for red and black comet goldfish. Red coloration can range from red to orange. All goldfish are born black/brown in color and develop their color over time. Black color patterns on goldfish can change overtime based on age, growth and environment. In some cases the black coloration can disappear overtime. Please note the pictures shown above are a good representation of our fish, but not the exact fish you will receive.

Goldfish can have many different fish flakes or pellets. We suggest goldfish smaller than 4" in size are fed flake fish food or mini pellet floating food. Goldfish larger than 4" can have either the mini pellets or larger 5mm pellets .

Healthy, but disappointed.

When I placed the order, I paid for3-4” fish and asked for varied markings.

I received 6, rather than 5 fish. Thank you, but they are small, barely 3”, and with two exceptions, their markings are limited to a small black spot on the head, or a darker tail. As a result, the pond has a lot of orange (all but one of the Sarasas I also ordered died, and the survivor’s white markings are on its belly). I would have preferred fewer fish with better markings.

Smaller Than Described

The description said 3-4 inches in size. They are more like 1-2 inches. They came on time. No problems. Just wish they were larger. My other fish in the pond are much larger. Hopefully they will grow
