Brand new to the site. I did not pay attention to the time zone change and I was rude asking for a response after they had closed. Staff called back and was SUPER nice, helpful and my goldfish arrived safe and in good condition a few extras and all lived and are doing great in the greenhouse pond. I received my shipment in a well packaged box with the fish alive and well. This is my fourth order and I’m very happy with the price and process. When I have needed customer service they have been very responsive. I would recommend Toledo Goldfish to anyone needing great pond fish and will continue to use them in the future. We live in the mountains of Northern New Mexico with two 12,000+ gallon ponds which freeze over in the winter and get a lot of Summertime sun. We do have active aeration and filtering and have had good success keeping our Koi and Goldfish year around. The fish are a highlight in our ponds.

The goldfish arrived healthy and happy. All seven of them. Ordered 5. Delivery was timely. The only thing I would say is I was a bit disappointed with the color variety. While I did request more blues, I still was expected a bit more of a colorful fish. More reds with the blues. All seven pretty much looked the same. However, I would definitely order more in the future.

I placed my order on a Sunday night, and received it at 10:30 Tuesday morning. I had ordered 10 fish, and received 12 alive and healthy. All 12, very nicely colored, were released into my pond and seem to be doing well. I would definitely order again.

I'll admit, my expectations were low. How could fish be shipped from another state and arrive in good condition? I ordered ten and honestly expected half to be dead. Nope, all were alive and active. Well written instructions guided me on how to transfer them safely to the pond, and within minutes of their release, all ten were active and enjoying their new habitat. Another thing... the largest Shebunkins I can typically find at our local pet shops are 2-3". I went with 4" on this order and that helps a lot with long-term survival in my pond.
