Why Choose Toledo Goldfish?
We are loving our fishes! They are a delight to watch zooming around our very large pond. We recently found an abundance of water lettuce that has given them cover and will begin to absorb the algae that grew overnight in our hot Louisiana climate. The first week we lost about 25 , mostly white, feeder fish. But considering this was our second attempt at getting the fish we didn’t feel it was right to make another claim. Once we got the water lettuce we have not lost one fish. Our water falls (3) can be turned on to ariate the water plus we have three bubblers in the pond. We also installed a new sand filter to further reduce the algae and remove ammonia. The ph remains a bit high, if you have any tips on getting that lower? The pond is 10,600 gallons and varies from 4’ to 5’ deep.
Molly and Jasper say thank you. The fish arrived safely and acclimated well. Did loose one fish the next day. Not unexpected. However I have to assume the raccoons are saying, "thanks, any more?". The smaller water trough had no fish by the end of the weekend. The other fish are doing well and all the bug larvae are gone.
Fish arrived sooner than expected and all were alive. After a week in my pond I haven’t found any casualties. Highly recommend, without any reservations!

I have ordered many times from Toledo Fish and have been exceedingly happy with the excellence in fish as well, as service…that is until my most recent order. FedEx delivered the live fish a day late due to unknown reasons to myself. 3 types of fish were delivered…all dead! I informed Toledo Goldfish of this….they have reimbursed me only for one lot of fish…not the other 2…no explanation…I am no longer a loyal customer….there are many other in-line choices to order from

It does look like a claim was placed for all three boxes, but only one when through. I reopened and pushed through the other two and you should see a reimbursement for them coming through this week. Let's just start with - WOW! Goldfish by mail - how is that possible!? But Toledo Goldfish does it so well. Overnight shipping and so many more fish than I ordered all arrived alive and well.
I was pleasantly surprised. We've purchased feeder goldfish from a local seller and at least 1/2 of the fish die. Water checks perfect. Decided to give Toledo a try given the good reviews. Out of 50 fish...not one died. They're all swimming around and active. It's been two weeks and no problems. I plan on ordering more.
I am very impressed with the Customer Support at Toledo Goldfish. There was a problem with my order and Lori stepped up and fixed it. The fish are in the pond and loving their new home.

Fish arrived in good shape one fatality and about 20 sideways but breathing when I opened the box immediately while the Fed ex truck was still in my driveway, I followed the instructions water temps were almost identical which helped, turned fish loose and all the ones that were looking rough recovered. ordered 500 .75 to 1.5 inches I didn't measure but I'd say all were closer to .75 I'd order the larger one's next time I'm afraid my bluegills will eat them. I'd order again and likely will, prices are good especially buying larger amounts.
