Love ordering from Toledo. I always get an extra fish in shipment in case one doesn’t make it. They all arrived healthy and active.
We ordered fish and also paid for the extra insurance. Fish arrived day they were to be delivered by UPS. Driver said box was wet and it was really wet. There was a little water in the bag with the fish but the fish were abused in the delivery. Delivery man was holding box on its side and the box must have been in back of the old truck as it was so dirty and banged up. We followed the instructions on how to scculstd them. We order minnows every year and they are so active coming out of the bag. These discrete on their side for a long time and barely moved. The company will be replacing the fish next week only shipping via FedX. Very pleased with their courtesy and will remember them when we need more fish highly recommend

Ordered assorted fantails. They are beautiful, arrived on-time, and appear healthy.
Not satisfied at all. Ordered 4-5” fish and I don’t know how you measure your fish exactly but the size is debatably smaller (see attached pic of dead fish). I received 6 fish instead of 4 so I wasn’t going to complain too much except 4 of them have died as of today 1/5/25. I haven’t ordered fish through the mail before but don’t look to order from you again.
