Fantails are members of the goldfish family. Calico goldfish are blue calico in color with fanned tails. Fantails have round bodies and fan tail fins. They range in size from 1.5 inches to 8 inches. They do well in aquariums and ponds. Goldfish growth rates are based on food, space, water quality and surrounding environment. Goldfish are omnivores and will eat all types of dried and live food, but basic fish flakes or pellet food will provide the proper diet. Shipping
Toledo Goldfish provides FREE SHIPPING on all goldfish, koi, crayfish, minnow, tadpole and snail orders. We process orders for arrival to your door Tuesday - Friday. We currently utilize FedEx and UPS. We cannot ship products to PO or APO addresses.
ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Orders placed by 10AM EST Monday - Thursday will ship same day, with orders being placed after the cut-off time shipping the next day. (Orders placed after 10AM EST on Thursdays will ship the following Monday.)

Toledo Goldfish guarantees your fish will arrive to you in excellent condition or we will ship replacements or refund your purchase. Step by step acclimation instructions will be included with your order to help insure a smooth transition for your fish. Please note: This item is a living being. We hope your aquatic creature lives a long, happy life! But there is always a chance its lifespan will end prematurely. Before you buy consider the possibility of disappointment about the lifespan. These are live animals and may not survive shipments in extreme heat or cold. We do package our shipments well, but please postpone your order if daytime temperatures in your area are below 45° or above 90°. DO NOT RELEASE AQUATIC CREATURES INTO THE WILD.

I ordered 5, received 6 which was great, since one was DOA. Another one looked poorly and it died later that day but I received a prompt refund. I noticed another one just wasn’t as active as the rest but it was eating, sadly it died 4 days after arrival. The remaining 3 I have seem to be pretty healthy and are gorgeous, so I am only out 1 fish which I know isn’t covered by the guarantee. Would still order from them again, they do try to stand by their quality.
Fish arrived in perfect condition. All are doing well. Two extra fish in order.
I have been a customer for about 5 years and this last shipment about 1/2 of the fish died within the 1st 3 days. The box was slightly crushed on 1 end, and the water temp (65)+ the air temp (80+) was pretty ideal just prior to Father’s Day. Previous shipments have done much better
